Lemon and Rosemary Marinade for Chicken

This is a great marinade for rotisserie chicken.

Ingredients

3 large lemons (or ½ cup lemon juice from concentrate)
1/2 cup fresh rosemary (3 tablespoons dried)
1/4 cup of olive or salad oil
6 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

If using lemons, cut them in half and squeeze out the juice into a nonreactive bowl or resealable plastic bag. Throw in the lemon halves and everything else. Mix together well. Great for chicken. Marinate overnight. Discard marinade before cooking chicken.
