Grilled Lemon-Herb Chicken |

Ingredients
4 T. lemon juice 2 T. dry white wine or fat-free chicken broth 1
T. olive oil salt and lemon pepper to taste 2 T. fresh lemon thyme
or rosemary, chopped 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients except chicken. Spray a grill or broiler
pan with non-stick vegetable spray; preheat. Grill or broil chicken
until juices run clear, brushing several times with lemon mixture.
