White Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

3 cups half and half or light cream
2/3 cup white chocolate baking pieces or chopped squares
3 inches stick cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Directions

In a sauce pan combine 1/4 cup half and half, baking pieces,stick cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir over low until baking peices are melted.

Add remaining half-and-half. Cook and stir until heated through. Remove from heat. Remove stick cinnamon. Stir in vanilla & almond extract. Garnish with ground cinnamon.

Serves 5
