Tangy Sweet Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 c. soft bread crumbs (I just cut up bread into chunks)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. minced parsely
2 tbsp. margarine
1 jar apricot preserves
1/2 c. barbeque sauce

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls and brown in margarine. Drain on paper towels. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine preserves and barbeque sauce. Mix well and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Yield 5 dozen.
