8 oz lite cream cheese Directions Put the cheeses into a blender, and mash them down. Add milk. Blend until smooth. Add the spinach. Blend well. Add the onion and the garlic and blend well. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Mixture will be quite smooth. Pour mixture into a medium saucepan. Bring to a low boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer (stirring frequently) until it's quite liquid. The mixture will thicken as it cools. Pour into a bowl, cover and refrigerate three hours or until serving. (Dip can be made one to two days ahead of time.)
