4-6 medium potatoes (baking, not the red kind), peeled, diced and boiled Procedures 1. After the potatoes have boiled and are soft (but not liquid), drain the watery liquid off, leaving the liquid that’s really more squishy potato. 2. Add the cubed cheese and cream of chicken soup. 3. Simmer and stir until cheese is melted. 4. Add milk to make the soup the consistency you want. 5. Salt and pepper to taste. |
