Cream Cheese Filo Snacks

Ingredients:

100 g cream cheese with herbs and garlic
Package of filo dough
100 g mushrooms (finely chopped)
Thick (1cm) slice of ham (cut into small pieces)
100 ml sweet cream

Procedures:

1. Fry mushrooms until soft.

2. Add ham, cheese and cream, allow cheese to melt and bring to a boil.

3. If necessary, bind - you want this still fluid, but solid enough so you can heap it on a teaspoon.

4. Fold the above mix into the filo, about a teaspoon at a time.

5. Put the packages into a preheated oven (about 180 degrees Celsius) for about 20 minutes.
