250 g of flour Procedures: 1. Sieve the flour into a bowl. 2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and butter (in cubes). 3. With a cool hand, kneed the mix into a nice dough (if your hands are warm, put the dough in the fridge for a while once you’re done kneading). 4. Put into a greased baking tin (about 24-26 cm across, and 3cm high). 5. Put into a preheated oven (175C) for half an hour, just below the middle of the oven. 6. Leave in the tin until it’s cooled down, then take out, cut into pieces of about 4 cm square, and serve. |
