Heat oil in a large wok and stir fry green beans on high until slightly
soft – 2-3 minutes. Add sauce (recipes follow) and cook on high for
another 2-minutes. Serve.
Sauce
2 tablespoons Soy sauce 2 tablespoons Chicken broth -- or water 2
tablespoons Dry sherry 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar 1 teaspoon Sugar 1/2
teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Hot red pepper -- crushed
