Borachos Beans (Drunken Beans) |

Ingredients
2 cans pinto beans (rinsed and drained) 1 small onion -- chopped 1
can whole tomatoes -- rinsed well and chopped 2 small fresh jalapenos
-- chopped ½ t cumin ½ t salt 1 t oregano 2 cloves
garlic -- minced 8 oz beer ¼ C cilantro - chopped Salt and
pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except cilantro in a medium saucepan. Bring to
boil, cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes until onions get
soft. Salt and pepper to taste Add fresh cilantro just before serving.
