2 lbs. yellow squash Directions White Sauce: Melt margarine, stir in flour until smooth. Add salt and milk. Cook (stirring constantly) until it thickens. Add cheese. Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until done. Drain any remaining water. Add beaten eggs, melted butter, salt and pepper. Add white sauce mixed with cheese; mix well. Pour into greased casserole. Cheese may be sprinkled on top. Bake at 350 degrees until hot. |
