Ingredients
8oz grated sharp cheddar8oz cream cheese1 1/2 Tbsp chopped onion3 Tbsp dry sherry1 tsp curry powderdash of pepper sauce (Tabasco or whatever)3/4 cup chutney 2 Tbsp slivered almonds
Directions
Blend everything in a food processor. Cover and chill for several hours. Let it come back to room temp before serving.
(This is great with cocktail rye and pumpernickel!)
