Ingredients
2 C watercress several nasturtium flowers and some leaves 1 C of
mixed basils, oregano and spearmint leaves small handful of marigold
flowers
Dressing: 1 T olive oil 2 t lemon juice 1/2 t lemon pepper 1/2
t garlic powder
Procedures
1. Rinse all the ingredients and (if you have one) dry in a salad
spinner.
2. Snip any of the bigger leaves and flower heads.
3. Stir the dressing ingredients together.
4. Pour dressing over salad and eat.
