3/4 C graham cracker crumbs Procedures 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Grease a 9-inch spring form pan, or coat with vegetable oil spray. 3. Combine crumbs, butter, cinnamon, sugar and nuts. 4. Line bottom and about 1/3 of the way up the sides of prepared spring form pan 5. Refrigerate until ready to add filling. Filling Ingredients
4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened Procedures 1. Soften unwrapped cream cheese until room temperature. 2. Beat cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. 3. Gradually blend in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. 4. Gradually add flour, spices and pumpkin. Blend well 5. Pour into crust-lined pan. 6. Bake in preheated 325-degree oven 1 hour 45 minutes, or until center feels firm when touched. 7. Cool in pan on wire rack. Carefully run a sharp knife around edges to loosen sides so cake will not crack on top. 8. Garnish the top with a ring of walnut halves 9. Chill completely. Remove sides of pan. |
