Ingredients:
1 C Crisco 1 C sugar 4 eggs 1/2 C milk 1/2 t salt 2 T
baking powder 1 T vanilla 1 T anise flavoring 4 C flour
Procedure:
1. Cream first 3 ingredients together and add the rest. Add flour 1 C at
a time
2. Chill well - at least 3 hours, preferably overnight
3. Preheat oven to 375 F - grease tins
4. Roll strips of dough about 3/4 inch thick
5. Roll strips in sesame seeds. Cut strips into 1″ pieces.
6. Place pieces on tins and bake 7-8 min. until bottoms are slightly
browned.
